Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using FlightStack, operated by VooStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using FlightStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

1. Definitions

“Service” refers to the FlightStack CI/CD platform, including the web application, CLI tools, build agents, and APIs.
“User” refers to any individual who creates an account or uses the Service.
“Organization” refers to a group of Users sharing resources within FlightStack.
“Content” refers to code, configurations, build artifacts, and other materials uploaded or generated through the Service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Requirements

To use FlightStack, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activities under your account
Maintaining accurate account information
Keeping your credentials secure
Actions of users you invite to your organizations

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use FlightStack to:

Build, test, and deploy Flutter applications
Manage CI/CD pipelines for your projects
Collaborate with team members in organizations
Integrate with supported third-party services

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use FlightStack to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Mine cryptocurrency or perform unauthorized computations
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Build competing services using our infrastructure

4. Content and Data

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of Content you upload to FlightStack. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your Content as necessary to provide the Service
Create backups for disaster recovery
Display Content to authorized users in your organization

4.2 Content Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring your Content:

Does not violate third-party rights
Does not contain illegal material
Complies with applicable export controls
Does not include sensitive data without appropriate protections

4.3 Content Removal

We may remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will notify you when possible before removing Content.

5. Service Levels and Availability

5.1 Cloud Service

For our managed cloud service, we strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5.2 Self-Hosted Deployments

For self-hosted deployments, availability depends on your infrastructure. We provide documentation and support but are not responsible for your hosting environment.

5.3 Build Agents

Build agent availability depends on your hardware and network. We are not responsible for build failures due to agent connectivity issues.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

FlightStack offers various subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan. Current pricing is available on our website.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice

6.3 Free Tier

The free tier is provided as-is with no service level guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

FlightStack, including its source code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by VooStack. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our Service.

7.3 Open Source

Certain components of FlightStack may be open source. Those components are governed by their respective licenses.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Integrations

FlightStack integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Apple, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8.2 Third-Party Liability

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 “As Is” Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9.2 No Guarantee

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Builds will complete successfully
Deployments will be accepted by app stores
The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM APP STORE REJECTIONS, BUILD FAILURES, OR DEPLOYMENT ISSUES

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VooStack from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights

12. Term and Termination

12.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

12.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Pose a security risk
Fail to pay applicable fees

12.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will end
Your Content may be deleted after a grace period
You remain responsible for fees incurred before termination
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

14.3 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VooStack.

14.5 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

14.6 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
