VooStack (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates FlightStack, a self-hosted CI/CD platform for Flutter applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

When you create a FlightStack account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Authentication credentials (encrypted)
  • GitHub account information (if using GitHub OAuth)

When you create or join an organization, we collect:

  • Organization name and description
  • Member roles and permissions
  • Billing information (if applicable)

When you connect repositories and run builds, we process:

  • Repository metadata (name, URL, branch information)
  • Build logs and artifacts
  • Pipeline configurations
  • Environment variables (stored encrypted)

We automatically collect:

  • IP addresses
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Build and deployment statistics

When you register build agents, we collect:

  • Agent name and identifier
  • Machine capabilities (OS, installed tools)
  • Connection status and availability

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain FlightStack services
  • Process and complete builds and deployments
  • Manage your account and organization membership
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Improve and optimize our platform
  • Detect and prevent fraud or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

For self-hosted FlightStack deployments, all data remains on your infrastructure. We do not have access to your self-hosted data unless you explicitly grant access for support purposes.

For our managed cloud service:

  • Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure
  • All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
  • We maintain regular backups
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all communications
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data (credentials, secrets)
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Access controls and authentication requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Third-party services that help us operate FlightStack (hosting, analytics, support).

When required by law, court order, or government request.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

When you explicitly authorize sharing with third parties.

FlightStack integrates with third-party services including:

  • GitHub: For repository access and OAuth authentication
  • Apple App Store Connect: For iOS deployments
  • Google Play Console: For Android deployments

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time. Build logs and artifacts are retained according to your organization’s settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of certain processing
  • Withdraw consent

If you access FlightStack from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers are located.

FlightStack is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
